The purpose of the advanced mold inspection course is to teach inspectors how to identify and determins whether or not mold problems exist in a subject property and to provide needed field information to allow remediation/cleaning specifications to be produced. Additionally, but just as important to the discovery of mold is to determine the source of that molds problem through identifying; source and cause of water intrusion, age of water intrusion and recommended actions to prevent future intrustion.
